You`re Frozen
when your heart`s not open 😉
No really, how much does your torso actually move - while you sit or walk? Don`t you too notice plenty of folks walking like sticks? With just their arms and legs moving and the upper body stiff. Merely tilting from side to side?

Under the title `Opening the Frozen torso` he shares a gentle movement practice he also presented in the @theembodimentconference

Thank you, @tinarehm_pt for the great afternoon and vid. 😚
What do you do and enjoy to limber up that torso?
